Sustainability

We display sustainability throughout our production process, and through the value of our items or products for our customers/FANS.

 

All items are produced as sustainable as possible. Most of our products are made from ‘dead stock’ fabrics (left over fabric from the fashion industry). In some cases, because of quality or specific fabric specifications, we buy new fabrics.

 

NO STOCK

 

We do not keep a regular stock. Only in specific situations, when production is impossible to do ourselves, in-house from our studio in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, we are forced to keep a small amount of stock.

Almost all products are ‘made to order’, which means we will only start making your product whenever your order is placed. In the products description on our website you can find if an item is ‘made to order’, ‘made to measure’ or otherwise.

Production of all ‘Made to order’ items is executed by us, the G+N-team. The same 3 people who designed your garment, build and designed this website, do all photoshoots and keep track of everything else around.

 

REAL FANS WAIT

 

Our ‘made to order’ production means customers, or FANS, as we like to call you, will have to wait 6 weeks before your product is delivered at your doorstep. We understand this is quite a long wait in the rapid world of today, but, we believe, the best way to make a difference together, when it comes to leaving our footprint.

 

‘A little late, but worth the wait’

 

We believe all the garments you own should have a great value to you. The jeans we make for you should be like your childhood teddybear, our sweater as your first car or our jacket as the receipt to your first diner with the love of your life. We will put all effort in making the perfect garment for you, take our time to do so, and hope to make you a FAN for life. 6 weeks waiting is nothing for a garment with such value.

 

MINIMAL WASTE

 

Everything stated above is to execute what we believe in as best as we can. Making a product with a close focus to detail, in decent working conditions, huge value for you as a FAN, no unnecessary transport or waste in the process.
